Back on the wagon!

Well hello. It's been a while, almost a year since my last blog. I have a confession to make, I had a little break from taking photos. A mixture of not being happy with my photos, lack of creativity, my beloved cat Nala passing and not being in a great place in my head...Anyways, I feel like I am back on track. 

I have done a few shoots for mates and some of my images are on their websites so that is very exciting and I am thrilled they are happy with them. That is what makes photography for me, being part of the magical event or moment, capturing the emotion in my images and then seeing if they like them. Although that part is a bit nerve wracking. Still, I think I am improving, but you can be the real judge.

A freezing day in February 2012
Just a few shots trying out my new lens, a fantastic Sigma 17-77mm F2.8, thanks to those who contributed birthday and xmas presents for me to buy this. Love it.

Well, that's all for now, hope you enjoyed. I have just started a new photography course, so more on that next time. It's mostly theory at the minute so hopefully by next blog, I will have some shots for you.
